ARAB NASR

BME in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1975. Member of the Lebanese Order of Engineers,  ASHRAE and NFPA.

Joined Dar Al Handasah- (Shair & Partners) in 1975 where he was an elected associate of the firm and held the position of head of the mechanical department besides being responsible for the accounts and administration of Dar Al-Handasah offices in Beirut. Left the company in 1992 and started Federal Development / Nasr & Khalaf- Consulting Engineers in 1994.

Experience and professional capabilities cover a wide range of aspects relating to Mechanical services systems and installations. Involved in the preparation of project concepts, detailed design, tender documents, project execution and follow-up for the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems in various types of buildings. Experience also covers design and installation of infrastructure networks, pumping stations, kitchen and laundry design systems, sewage treatment plants, hospital and laboratory equipment design, as well as project management of large scale projects.

NICOLAS KHALAF

BME in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 1980. Member of the Lebanese Order of Engineers, ASHRAE and NFPA.

Broad experience in all aspects of design and application of mechanical projects covering design and supervision of all kinds of small and large projects. Involved in the preparation of project concepts, detailed design, tender documents, project execution and follow-up for the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems in various types of buildings. Experience also covers design and installation of infrastructure networks, irrigation systems, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, vehicular and pedestrian tunnel ventilation as well as project management of large scale projects.

AHMAD HABLI

B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Beirut Arab University, in 1987. Member of the Lebanese Order of Engineer.

Worked with Federal Development / Nasr & Khalaf- Consulting Engineers since 1993. Responsible for the Electrical design and supervision works.

Broad experience in the design and follow-up of construction of electrical and low current installations for industrial, commercial, cultural, governmental and residential buildings and complexes. Experience also covers design and installation of infrastructure networks, power generation plants, street lighting and vehicular and pedestrian tunnels lighting and systems.
